How to choose a van or minibus
- For 5-7 people a 7-seat minivan is enough, for 8-9 people choose a 9-seat van or minibus.
- In a 9-seat van with all seats taken the trunk is small. Count one large bag per person.
- A standard B driving licence allows you to drive a minibus with up to 9 seats.
- Book child seats in advance, a van usually has ISOFIX on the second row.
- High vans are sensitive to strong side wind, check vedur.is before long drives.
- Full coverage is recommended for big vehicles, they are harder to park and manoeuvre.
